Universal Runners Investigations: Ocean Waters

Today's May and you know what that means? A new artwork, specifically Ocean Waters in full color! As you can see, he is sported with the Safety Patrol sash and badge, which proves that he's on the prowl for cases like a lion! Reminds me of Conan Edogawa, though. And since he's now a ULO player in URI, he has a puzzle-shaped RunCom to personify his love of puzzling mysteries.

As for the card in the character sheet, it's the back art of Ocean's famous Puzzle Cards for his Scenario Puzzle ability. But you have to read Universal Runners Investigation to find out more about it.

I drew him in my sketchbook a few years ago, then finished his lineart and coloring in Paint Tool SAI as usual.
